Ladies it is very important to apply sunscreen all year round. People have it confused that
sunscreen is only important during the summer and for those people that say that, they got it
all wrong. Winter is actually very important because the winds, cold, snow and ice can reflect
up to 90% of UV rays. These rays can not only cause skin cancer but also is the source of 90%
wrinkles in due time. The ozone layer is the thinnest during the winter. Windburn and sunburn
acts together during the winter months which is longer for my #Highviewers in the tri state area.
The freezing temperatures and strong winds that leave your skin dry and agitated allow for UV rays to have a greater access to your skin.

Wearing sunscreen on exposed skin, especially when the sun’s rays are strongest between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., will keep you protected from these damaging rays. For my #Highviewers that don’t wear sunscreen during the winter I strongly advise you start now. This winter that is ahead of us is going to be a very cold and windy one, you wouldn’t want the skin you worked all hard for before the winter to get bad during the winter. So, ladies please wear sunscreen every day, apply a little amount on palm of hand and apply all over face and under neck before you step out the door…it’ll be worth it.
With Love,
My Highview
