How To Treat T-Bone Phases Through The Winter

Your t-bone structure is a very important feature of your face. Typically, with the season change your t-bone is most affected. Always take precaution of your t-bone, oils and moisturizers of your preference, should be applied at your convenience when you see your face evolve into

different effects.







I love to use an overnight serum (pearlessence), (pearlessence aloe+rosewater) face spray, and my favorite (Ponds moisturizer cream) . Apply these serums or products of your own preference every night after you have cleansed and washed your face before you go to bed. In the morning apply the face spray and sun screen protectant <- (This morning routine should be done every day).



It is imperative that you wash your hands before you cleanse your face if not you have bacteria from your hands on your face after you have opened your pores and that is not a good idea.


In addition, there is one tip I will add because it benefits everybody from all ages is DRINK LOTS OF WATER! It is the best nutrient for your body, drinking that adequate amount of water brings better skin, vision and health overall. For my Highviewers that don’t like to drink water it’s ok, start little by little make a note in your phone or journal that you drank at least 4 bottles during the day. With that brings self-reflection that you can drink more water to end your day (try to drink up to 6 bottles). My Highviewers it’s all a mentality once you have that positive background that you can implement water in your day to day activities it will become natural in the long run. They say 14 days in a row will make a habit for the future.


Tip:

  • DRINK LOTS OF WATER!
